Our boats are fitted with canopy's to protect you from the NT's harsh sun as well as all the necessary safety equipment to ensure your time onboard is fun and safe! Our Lowrance HDS 7' Live sounder onboard is loaded with marks to ensure you get the most out of your day on the water.

Boats are to be returned cleaned with a full tank of unleaded fuel. 
Failure to do so will result in a cleaning and refuelling fee payable to BBHT.

LAUNCH AND RETRIEVE

Please consult with us before booking if you require the launch and retrieve option. This will help ensure our availability and confirm that your plans align with the tides.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. The security deposit is required to be paid by the Hirer to BBHT by no later than 48 hours prior to the hire date. 
2. Deposit is refundable on return of vessel, provided the vessel, trailer used to transport the vessel and equipment are returned by the date specified (or such other date and time agreed in writing by BBHT), undamaged, with no loss of equipment or fishing accessories.
3. BBHT reserves the right to use the security deposit to pay for any and all loss or damage sustained by the vessel while being hired by the Hirer.

Hire will be terminated if security deposit is not paid.

If you wish to take our boats off road, please call 0415 738 027 to discuss your trip prior. A security deposit of $750 may be required due to the higher risk of damage to hired goods.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of the hire within:

(i) 1 week of the hire date will result in the Hirer being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the hire fee;

(ii) 96 hours or less of the hire date will result in the Hirer being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the hire fee; or

(iii) 48 hours or less of the hire date will result in the Hirer being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the hire fee, 

and such fee will be deducted from the Hirer’s security deposit or any other payment received by BBHT from the Hirer. Any amount still owing to BBHT will be a debt due and payable by the Hirer to BBHT.
